A lead cannot be rejected/returned

State or Occupational Scheme enquiries
Phone is not answered
After 5 days
If the client changes their mind
Advice sourced elsewhere
Incorrect figures input by the client
Declines a meeting
Does not have an existing pension or investment
Where we have confirmed that a conversation, meeting or business is or has taking place
